We are now sending out invitations via text messages and letters to eligible patients to book their Covid-19 and Flu vaccination appointments!
💉 Vaccination Clinic Dates at The Henhayes Centre in Crewkerne:
Friday, 4th October: 2:30pm – 5pm
Saturday, 5th October: 9am – 5pm
Sunday, 6th October: 9am – 1:30pm
🩺 We’ll also be hosting clinics at West One Surgery every Wednesday in October.
Why Vaccinate? Getting vaccinated is the most effective way to protect yourself and others from serious illness caused by Covid-19 and the flu. Let’s do our part to stay healthy and keep our community safe this winter!
