Crewkerne Health Centre Opens Its Doors to the Community: A Resounding Success at the George Reynold Centre
Crewkerne Health Centre welcomed the community with open arms at its Open Day event held at the George Reynolds Centre on January 23rd 2024. This initiative, supported by the dedicated members of the Patient Participation Group, showcased the diverse talents and services of the practice staff, including GPs, Nurses, HCAs, Admin, Reception, Primary Care Network and the Management team.
The event, attended by over 40 people, including some of our younger patients and the esteemed Mayor of Crewkerne, provided an insightful glimpse into the comprehensive range of services, clinics, and support groups offered by Crewkerne Health Centre. Attendees had the opportunity to interact with healthcare professionals, ask questions, and gain valuable insights into the various aspects of healthcare provided by the centre.
“We are incredibly grateful for the support and collaboration with the Patient Participation Group in hosting this successful Open Day at the George Reynolds Centre,” said Sarah Wills, Practice Business Manager. “This event allowed us to connect with our community, showcase the depth of our services, and foster stronger bonds with our patients.”
The presence of younger members in attendance underscored the importance of community engagement, as Crewkerne Health Centre looks forward to more opportunities to involve the local population in their healthcare journey.
Crewkerne Health Centre expresses sincere appreciation to everyone who contributed to the success of the Open Day, and looks forward to future endeavours in actively engaging with and supporting the local community.
