Dear Patients,
As the ongoing water pipe works at Middle Path near completion, we will need to temporarily close Middle Path Surgery on Thursday 27th and Friday 28th February 2025. During this time, contractors will be connecting the new pipework to the mains, testing the system, and conducting a full pipe flush throughout the building.
Crewkerne Health Centre will continue to operate as usual from West One Surgery. This temporary closure will not affect our ability to provide medical care to our patients and the wider community.
If you have a scheduled appointment on these dates, please ensure you attend West One Surgery instead.
Additionally, we understand that Day Lewis Pharmacy will also be closed on these two days due to the full water supply shutdown affecting the building.
Middle Path Surgery will reopen as normal on Monday 3rd March at 8:00 am.
