Developed in partnership between Somerset Activity & Sports Partnership (SASP) and Symphony Healthcare Services, this programme supports individuals using weight-loss medication to achieve safe, sustainable results.

Medication can help initiate weight loss, but lasting success requires the right support. Our programme combines clinical guidance, nutrition, and tailored physical activity to help you lose weight sustainably, preserve muscle mass, and avoid nutritional deficiencies often associated with medication-assisted weight loss.

The result is a balanced, supportive approach that helps you improve your health and maintain your progress for the long term.
