Crewkerne Health Centre now uses askmyGP as it’s online request system.
askmyGP is not for emergencies – If your problem is urgent, please call 999 or if you’re unsure call 111 for advice.
Requests are reviewed by a clinician during working hours and you will receive an update within one working day about what will happen next and when, which will depend on clinical urgency as determined by our team.

If you cannot submit your request online, our team are still on hand to help you on the phone. Our lines are open on 01460 72435 between 8.30 - 18.30 Monday - Friday (excluding bank holidays)
All requests will be triaged and actioned based on their urgency and clinical need, regardless of whether you submit your request online or via the phone.

Repeat Prescriptions
You cannot submit repeat prescription requests through Anima. The quickest way to submit your repeat prescription is using the NHS App which you can sign up for here.
If you cannot use the NHS App, you can contact our phone line between the hours of 10:00 and 13:30 Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) and select Option 2.
