Crewkerne Health Centre is transitioning from Anima to askmyGP as it’s online request system. askmyGP launches on Wednesday 22nd April.
Our old system, Anima, is now closed to new requests to allow our team to clear all outstanding requests in this system. If you need to contact us between the 15th and 21st April, please call us on 01460 72435.
