We are delighted to announce that Crewkerne Health Centre will be hosting its Open Day Event on February 19th 2025, at the West One Surgery. The event will run from 14:00 am to 17:00 pm, and we warmly invite all members of our community to attend.
This is a unique opportunity to meet our Nursing, Admin and PCN team that makes up Crewkerne Health Centre, as well Symphony’s Central Team, and representatives from the Anima Helpdesk. Additionally, we will be offering guidance on NHS App registration and how to make the most of this valuable resource.
The event has been organised in collaboration with our dedicated Patient Participation Group, whose support has been invaluable in bringing this initiative to life.
We will also be serving refreshments and a selection of delicious cakes, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for everyone.
Unlike last year, our first open day of the year will mainly feature our Nursing team and the following Open Day in April will feature our GP team.
This Open Day is a wonderful chance to learn more about the services we offer, ask questions, and engage with the people who work hard to deliver care to our community. Whether you are a patient, a carer, or simply curious, we encourage you to join us.
