📢 Reminder: COVID and Flu Vaccination Clinic Location Update
For all patients who have booked their COVID and Flu vaccination on Friday, October 4th, Saturday, October 5th, or Sunday, October 6th:
Please note that the vaccination clinics will be held at Henhayes Centre in Crewkerne, NOT at Crewkerne Health Centre or West One.
We are aware that some patients have received texts stating the Health Centre as the location, but as in previous years, the clinic is at Henhayes Centre. Unfortunately, our system doesn’t allow us to add additional locations in the booking details. We apologise for the confusion.
📱 Additional text messages will be sent this week to all patients who have booked appointments to confirm the correct location.
